She says “The chunkier the glitter, the more eye catching it will be as more light will reflect of the polish. Chunky glitter is fun, bold and almost quite grungy, (think Alexa Chung and Kate Moss back in the 2000s). Finer glitter can be more holographic and delicate, so gives a more ethereal look. If glitter is just that bit too much for you, a metallic polish can also be just as festive, but looks sleek, subtle and sultry. Topped with an ultra-shiny gel top coat, and you’ll have a festive mani to last all season”
