SS19: Mavala Launches the Sunlight Lipstick Collection
March 2019 sees the beginning of longer days and the promise of a long, warm summer, so it only seems right for us to launch a brand new collection of sunshine-inspired lipsticks, The Sunlight Collection, an alliance of solar colours for an irresistible look!
Available from 1st March 2019, the new lipsticks are designed to mimic the different stages of the sun. The Sunlight Collection is a curation of six warm-toned and beachy pinks, reds and nudes. The Sunlight Collection will give your lips a doused-in-sunlight look, inspired by the roaring midday sun, the golden hour of sunset and the playful nature of summer’s changing light. Each shade offers sheer-to-medium coverage with a soft, satin finish and a hydrating formula – ideal for warmer days.
Providing shades ranging from bright and eye-catching to subtle and demure, the Sunlight Collection is perfect for summer days, sun-drenched evenings and glowing dusks. We suggest lighter skin tones opt for Fantasy Rose or Cloud Beige for that your-lips-but-better look, whilst we think darker skin tones will love Terra Viva or Terra Rossa, two elegant and warm-toned browns. Coral Orange and Scarlet Red are universally flattering bright shades that no summer make-up collection should be without!
Each lipstick is formulated with our Prolip™, which helps to soften and hydrate the lips with a combination of shea butter, aloe vera and Vitamin E. The buttery formula feels comfortable on lips whilst offering long-lasting colour that will stay in place while you sip your Aperol spritz!
